Yup, for anything Netflix based on the 360.

Yep lm on it, ratio is about 80/20 us/uk ratio.

I paid for a us VPN, before finding out about the dns thing.

I changed the DNS settings to the ones Pete posted on my router but the Apple TV is still showing UK content.

Do I need to sign out of Netflix and back in again?

Keep meaning to give this a try - will have to do so sometime, especially with these tricks to get the US content.

One thing that annoys me intensely is the lack of the Windows Media Center plugin over here, with no sign it will be arriving at all. As I have a dedicated HTPC in the living room running MCE, it'd be awesome to have Netflix integrated into that properly.

It's back again, must have been a temporary glitch. The US version is SOOOOO much better with far more content, I could almost do away with the TV license and just watch Netflix. If they ever block it I'd be considering cancelling but if the US version stays open then I think I'll keep it.

I'm amazed that I even get out of bed. I am glad (secretly annoyed) that Silverlight is awful and prevents me watching Netflix US on my iMac while I "work".

So does it work for Apple TV? I don't want to pay for Xbox Live AND Netflix just to watch Netflix.
