To be honest the scope of it makes it worth the price of the console itself, I'm not kidding its really that good! MB |

I'm really conflicted with Oblivion :s
I played it on the PC and couldn't really get into it but the two things that held me back was: I didn't put enough time into it and I wasn't sure on the combat system. It did feel like I'd enjoy it more on a console......hmmm.

PGR3, GRAW and Burnout Revenge (which is the best game on the console at the moment).
Table Tennis is supposed to be rather good (and may well be my next purchase). I have heard that Oblivion causes the HDD some issues that lead to it becoming unplayable due to a bug in the way it caches things. |

PGR3 and Burnout Revenge look good to me, although I'd only get one racing game.
Table Tennis looks good too, used to play it so got a soft spot for the sport. Anyone know what Kameo is like? Looks my kind of thing.

My choice for games would be, again, Oblivion, possibly Tomb Raider and maybe GR:AW. I bought all three at the same time but have only just opened GR thanks to Oblivion! Tomb Raider is quite short but is absolutely beautiful, and I'm already thinking of replaying it for the acheivements. Condemned is quite well made too, and muchos scary. I'm currently waiting for Dead Rising on pre-order - looks to be a lot of fun, especially if you like the film Dawn of the Dead at all (and let's face it, who doesn't?!).

Burnout isnt a racing game in the same way that PGR3 is. Burnout is all about crashing into stuff and blowing things up which isnt anything like racing really.
PGR3 is fantastic if you like racing and the racing on Live! is great too. GRAW online is similarly fantastic - I play fairly often with the CG lot from the other place and its a great laugh |

I've got Tomb Raider on the xbox so quite happy with sticking with that for now. Probably be leaning towards Burnout Revenge as I loved Burnout 3 and I'm uber picky on racing games otherwise. Dead Rising looks good, zombies must mean good

Right come Friday I'm going to have a much better idea of my finances (I have no idea how much I'm getting paid yet) so until then I'll try to put the idea out of my mind
Monday I'm out in town anyway though so if I do buy it, I'd love to do it then....
