Do you find that it runs a little quickly on your machine? Is there any way to slow it down?

Vertical Sync - thing with deus ex you need to force it on with the control panel

Locks it to a maximum number of fps.

Can still generate more - but it discards them.

Usually an option on your graphics card driver control panel.

With ATI it's called 3d Refresh Rate Override

Thought i'd give DX2 another try, just remembered how much i loath it. In fact i dislike it even more than that.

Hey guys, ragging this thread back up again, this is possibly looked at as naughty but i hope we can look at this situation with some common sense!

I've left my deus ex disc at home, and my parents are useless and can't find it in my room to mail it up, i want to install it so i friend can play it (because he's never played it, which is terrible!). Could someone up a disc image somewhere for me to download?

Few problems, i can't connect to rapidshare because it treats my university firewall as one ip 5000+ people on one ip i dont get a chance to download with a free account... I've just missed an image by literally one day easynews which is annoying, if someone ftp's it is it possible for me to connect through my intarweb, because everything but port 80 (inc ftp) is blocked which is the biggest pain in the ass ever.

So if anyone could help i'd much appriciate it!

Cheers
