We had a roast chicken tonight, saving the legs for chicken salad lunches and the rest is boiling away making a stock!
Made the Kate batter and will be ready avec mash pots and carrotten tomorrow dinner time!! I know two heavy meals in a row isn't good, but I wanted to use the eggs when they were fresh for the batter Oh and I used my new wall mounted scales that I got for Christmas - digital ones... oooooooooo! Really yummy... good alternative to a sunday roast I probably only needed 25mins in the oven though... maybe less! I need a new camera :/ (or should learn how to use mine!) BB x |
