Being too hot is the worst thing ever. I really hate that feeling of the heat being inescapable and I generally find myself feeling trapped and getting very, very angry. So for me, its cooling down on a hot day - because there is nothing worse than a hot day!

I much prefer warmth, but the sheer satisfaction of a cold blast on a hot day wins.
