My routine currently consists of doing 5k runs, teaching the pole fitness and climbing up and down lifting poles and carrying the heavy great things to my car several times a week!
I've not felt this fit in years! |

That's pretty good; I've done 10km in 48 mins before but that was back at uni, not sure what time I'd do it in now. I remember when I first started on the treadmill and 10km/h for ten minutes was exhausting. Now that's almost my jogging speed for the interval training!
14.7 was tough though - for some reason I thought I normally did 9.5 and 14.5 and was just upping it by 0.2... halfway through I realised the usual was 9 and 14! Hopefully in a couple of weeks it'll be 10 and 15. Oh, and Body Combat makes me imagine people attacking each other with just their torsos!

I've gone back to a split training routine this week after a weeks break.
The 10 week fitness routine has made me a lot stronger so I'm now going for a 10 week bulk-up.

I hate not being able to sleep (as I have been on sunday and monday nights) when you are running, you can soooooo notice the difference when you have zero energy and loads. Grrr! BB x |

I've got my lady up to 40 mins constant run. Am so proud of her! She only started running in Novemeber and could only do 5 minutes! We're entering a 10k charity event in september so are resetting the goals for this year.

Been to the gym 3 times this week and I've done 20 mins on the treadmill each time, admittedly more of a very brisk walk than an actual run Getting a new weights routine tomorrow where I'll be doing a 3 day split, I'll try to remember to post it when I get home. Plus I shall be getting back into some (although not as many as I used to) classes by the end of the month as thats when the new release comes out up here (cheers for the heads up on that one Kate!) Been too lax the last month or so and I'm hoping this will help things.
