I'm making more later today when the sausage meat defrosts. Going to use slightly less butter in the original stage though.

They were yum. I had fried some diced onion and garlic and mixed that in with the sausage meat and it was lovely

For some reason I didn't think that there would be so much oil!!!





Apols for the crap photo, but my camera was out of juice

Think I should have used less pastry and we haven't tried them yet cos we are so full of dinner!

The amount of pastry in the recipe is bang on, I've been buying the pack of two sheets from Tesco and then cutting them in half.

First time I did them there was a lot of oil flowing out during cooking, I took that as being the butter that I fried the mushrooms in so this time I used roughly half the recipe suggested and didn't have that at all.
