They were yum. I had fried some diced onion and garlic and mixed that in with the sausage meat and it was lovely

For some reason I didn't think that there would be so much oil!!! Apols for the crap photo, but my camera was out of juice Think I should have used less pastry and we haven't tried them yet cos we are so full of dinner! BB x |

The amount of pastry in the recipe is bang on, I've been buying the pack of two sheets from Tesco and then cutting them in half.
First time I did them there was a lot of oil flowing out during cooking, I took that as being the butter that I fried the mushrooms in so this time I used roughly half the recipe suggested and didn't have that at all. Looking good BB x, hope they taste good
