You are now my hero Jasp! I've only ever kicked down a door once (at uni) and I felt like a cretin afterwards (though a little 'ard too) - however in this case rescuing a damsel in distress - well that's just shagtastic bonus scores!

Anyway, glad to see you're finally in. Letting agency sound utter crap, how they can demand £800 just for busting a door lock is rediculous. If/when you move, make sure you let them know why.

(the pasta maker i got for my birthday is being used as a door stop - they still haven't come over, if it wasn't for my hero i'd still be sat in the hall!)

I could believe anything of this company - if they charge us £800 for having walked on the carpets in the 12 months we've lived here i wouldn't be surprised!

they know why we want to leave, and they have done since october - this is really the final straw! they had a rather wordy voicemail to listen to this morning

hehe - plenty will be taken this weekend, i'm still learning how to use my camera but i'm sure i can get a snap or two when they decide to sit still!
