If I've got any birthday money left over I'll definitely be picking up GTA 4 and Halo 3 I think. Bargain at £18 for the two of them

Definitely
I've just picked up 2 copies of GTA4 to see if HMV are still doing a good trade in price for it

I can confirm that HMV are giving £18 trade in for GTA4. Meaning I got £36 credit for £18
Not bad really. Essentially it means you can get a brand new game for half price, in my case I got Quantum of Solace after much thought for £1.99 plus the £18 for the 2 GTAs so all in all, cost me £19.99. Not bad at all. I was thinking about it on the way home, and I reckon you could turn a profit if you really wanted to/had the time. Do what I just did then trade it in somewhere else. I'm guessing a brand new game would fetch £30 or so trade in, so a profit of £12. Not a huge amount obviously but still not bad. Anyway, ramble aside: means you can get a new game for half price
