I haven't played it too much yet but so far it's beautiful. Perhaps not to the same level of graphical scale as Mass Effect but it's very JRPG like which is excellent
The story hasn't quite got going yet but they never do with RPGs at this stage. The immortal thing seems quite intriguing though. And I love the little stories that pop up as you go along, it slows the game down but I've really enjoyed reading them. The action is just like a FF game, I'd probably compare it most to FF8 so far in the battle system due to the 'trigger/ring' system being like the gunblade. It's got a hell of a lot of promise for me Hopefully I'll get to play it a lot this weekend. Fingers crossed it isn't another Mass Effect/Eternal Sonata for me (great at the time but looking back, ultimately lacking in something).

It ROCKS, I've just got to the Staff and its getting hard already, may have to go and snag some random encounters to get my levels up!

Yay glad to see someone else feeling the same way
It's definitely one of the more challenging 360 RPGs I've played but that's a good thing. I'm home early today so hopefully once I get some review work done, I can have a good go at this

Anyone getting Army of Two this week? The review on IGN gives it a 7.9 but it sounds like it'll be excellent in co-op mode
