I see the thread title has been amended accordingly so you can rest easy Jonny
Aled Jones standing in for Vanessa Feltz on radio 2. I'm not a particular fan of Vanessa Feltz but Jones is such a tedious little man. When I listen to breakfast radio, I want it to wake me up, not send me back to sleep. Not in the same league as far as mismatches go as when Richard (Alan Partridge) Madeley stands in for Chris Evans but still bloody annoying.

People posting sensitive facts (or often rumours) on forums about news stories before details have been fulled announced. As an example yesterday 2 Tornados crashed at sea. No details had yet been released about the condition of the aircrew that were recovered for obvious reasons. Yet someone decided to post about the fact that the rumour was one of them had died, why can't people keep silent about these things until it is announced. I knew about it myself fairly shortly after the incident occured but would never have posted about it on a public forum when it's not officially announced.
It's not just on this occasion but in general. The news agencies can be as bad themselves with the endless speculation (often completely incorrect). Probably down to some people needing to know everything instantly 24/7 even if it's completely inappropriate for them to know before the people who need to know first. /rant over! EDIT: RIP to the men who lost their lives yesterday |

Which way is right? I always forget. Plus my loo roll gets blown out the window at the moment as it's not on a holder.
Do you need neat little triangle folded ends too?! |

I'm the same Stan.
Thanks for that article. I knew there was official scientific fact behind my obsession.
