But I had had to be a complete dumbarse and give it to Tina's sister, who ruined it inside of 18 months.
It has done brilliantly over the last couple of days of snow, Locks don't freeze up & it starts as soon as you look at the ignition key, driving it on snow was no prob at all & the heater is a stonker
It's just staying on my drive today as I have a day off & haven't got to go anywhere.
I'm more worried about some inexperienced driver slamming into me than anything else.

Thanks for the updates. I'm going to finish up a few measurements that have to be done today and then chip off sometime between 2 and 3 I think. Fingers, toes and eyes all crossed that no-ones been too stupid on the M40 south.

Then I've got leave booked for tomorrow anyway. Although I probably could have had a snow day like the rest of the bloody office did today. Bah.

The snow's not sticking here anymore, so it's just like thick rain How crappy.

Yeah, that's the biggest worry I have. It's hard to believe that some people around here have lived with snow every winter of their lives and STILL have no idea what the hell they are doing behind the wheel...

So I'm staying at home today.
We recalled our Wellingborough drivers this morning and nothing went out of Northampton road hub either.

I made it the whole way tho work and then had to abandon the car in the middle of the car park as it just wouldn't move any further, even with 2 of us pushing.

Made some lovely patterns by wheelspinning in 5th up the slope into the car park:

"Stuck"

This pic has now made it onto the Bristol City website after they asked people to send in their snowmen with City stuff on them.

That was what my road was like earlier in the week. This weather is likely to cost me a track day, just haven't been able to work on the car at all

Looks like Essex may just catch the edge of the snow coming in tomorrow. That being said it won't take much to move over
