Really do feel for you Johnny with no side windows in that thing!
That is my worst fear Pete with the Omega. RWD + sheet ice (underneath) + freshly compacted & now ice ontop = bad. First fun is getting out of Manchester and then its going along the motorway where even the gritters were getting stuck. Glad you got home safe, even if it was hair raising! I've been in touch with a chap who lives in Manc who also works with me..... I have a feeling we are both going to stay at home tomorrow. If I worked closer to the office I would whack the snow covers on and drive in, but 25 miles out We'll see. |
