9/10 I think it was the first time I'd ever watched the film right through yet I sort of knew almost exactly what would happen throughout, that's the level of impact on pop culture this film has had and I found myself sniggering at some of the lines now recognising exactly where they come from. Simply a great film, some of the effects may look a bit dated now but it hasn't lost its power.

The Dark Knight
Still brilliant  It is a shame now that I know exactly what's going to happen so miss out on a few twists but I still hugely enjoyed it, and it held my attention for the whole 140 mins which isn't bad going considering I usually have a crap attention span  I do wish I could watch it with my memory of the film erased though so everything's new and exciting again.9/10

Bandits
Bruce Willis and Tommy Lee Sommatorother are the sleepover bank robbers. Loved it first time round anf it's amusing but watching it on the way to work it's been dragging a bit and I don't think I'll miss not seeing the end. I think I can remember how it ends anyway, good twist. Worth a watch but only if it's a cheap rental.

Have to agree with Jen, not WS's best film, am glad I didn't pay to see it  I thought it was a bit slow starting... good time killer though.About a superhero who isn't that 'super' 6/10 Wall E Also slow starting, AMAZING animation. Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! TBH only got interesting when they were on the spaceship End Spoiler Alert! cute About a robot who continues to clean earth even though no one lives there anymore 8/10 Mamma Mia Meryl Streep and James Bond singing and dancing... EXTREMELY cheesy... hideously cheesetastic... more cheese than Pebs has consumed tbh. However, how they put it all together was brilliant and to Joe Public seamless... my parents bought it and I was off sick About a girl who wants to find out who her father is before her wedding. Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! Correct me if I am wrong, but you never do? Things like that annoy me about films End Spoiler Alert! 7/10 BB x |

5/10 I was almost tempted to leave what I said about Rollerball here, it's not a good film but as long as you don't expect much then it'll be ok. Too much product placement, too little emotion and the special effects didn't seem too great, however it does waste time acceptably enough.
