I'm not surprised, it was pretty bad yesterday.
Today though it's worse! It was snowing when I woke up during the night and it's getting heavier. It looks like the road at the end of my road has been gritted so if I need to go out in the car then I can. I will need to go get some milk and bread but there's a Kwik-E-Mart about a 1 minute walk (or 5 minute slip and slide) away. Usually being able to work from home is fantastic because 2 mornings a week I sleep in until 8:30 rather than getting up at 6:30 but for the third day this week I've been working when most of the rest of the office has had a day off. I probably won't work too hard today though |

I'm in pretty much the same situation. All of the team I work with are working today (mostly because only three of us are in the UK and two of us regularly work from home), but the office is pretty empty from what I hear.
Newbury has also turned into an accident nightmare this morning - one of the main A roads in the centre of Newbury has two jackknifed lorries on it, and several other problems on nearby roads. |

Disappointing isn't it, compared to everywhere else, we had a bit Monday and Tuesday and just rain since, although at least that does mean the snow wont hang around looking crappy while it melts slowly.

It snowed last night as is currently snowing off and on now. The roads, apart from the road I live on, are fine to drive on thankfully.

Knee deep and still falling in Oxord.
I'd taken today as leave, which is a bit of a waste as I wouldn't have gone in anyway (half days on Friday). Now to walk up to the shops to see if the barbers is open. 'Er what goes away without me just rang from Heathrow. She's sat on a plane waiting for the runways to reopen- with 19 aircraft ahead of her in the queue. She's been up since five, I took the call still in bed Have a face full of karma! No more snow now though please. 6Nations is kicking off.
