Had a few more games on Live this evening at my mates, stuck the headset on this time.
Every 3rd or 4th person seems to be able to talk normally, everyone else sounds like they're dying of swine flu, falling out a plane and having a heart attack all at once. Very confusing. Games were fun though, managed to finally start getting a positive K/D ratio again, been a while since i've done that on a console Managed to get 4 kills in one shot with the grenade attachment on one of the assault rifles, was quite amused by that. On the whole i'm finding the maps a bit big for 6v6 though, if there isn't a UAV up then it often seems everyone is chasing each other round in a circle looking for the other team. I'm enjoying Terminal a fair bit though along with a snowy one I can't remember the name of.

I do agree that the maos do feel extremely large and a spend a while running around trying to find someone to shoot. I do think that the thernal attachment can be rather annoying especially when you don't have the cold blooded perk

Finished the SP last night, very enjoyable experience and one I look forward to trying on Veteran (I finished on Hardened), despite the rather absurd story. It's really made me want to go back to COD4 and go through that on Hardened/Veteran as I only ever did that on Normal difficulty and this is the first time I feel I may be good enough to manage it!

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. |

Game turned up yesterday and I spent 4 hours on it, got to the bit where
Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! You are in the presidents bunker after the missile hit. End Spoiler Alert! Any idea how far from the end I am? Also, is it weird that I wasn't bothered in the slightest about the airport level? It asked me at the start of the game if I would like the option to skip, obviously I chose no. |
