Cool

Question - isn't maltodextrin a sweetener? Why do you take that?

Fish and chips.... yum !

Today is horrible, feeling totally drained and feel like I've gone through a mangle. Only carbs I've really had today has been 1 ickle oatcake! .. Not nice !!

Couple more days then carbs are back on the menu \o/

For a few weeks last year I carb cycled like a mother****er - it was the hardest thing I ever did. Never again! Though the results speak for themselves really. It works. It's hard work though - it was just the lack of energy that I hated - but actually once the ketones are released things get back on track fairly quickly (it's just getting to that point!).

Will, this is REALLY hard, gone totally hardcore this time! .. hardest thing I've ever done... was literally in tears when I got back from the gym this evening.

It will be worth it once I step on that stage showing off my hard earned muscles

I did restricted carbs for 2 months before jingly - the first 2 weeks where hell but I lost a stone over that 2 months. My max was 25g a day. I really want to get back to that diet but due to my schedule being all over the place with driving lessons it seems my motivation and determination have gone out the window
