Well she can sod off... 30mins late for a sales meeting and no call to say she's held up is more than enough to warrant a cancellation.

I'm trying to find the hotel I'm staying in while in Milan next month. Apparently it's a 1* hotel with no facilities apart from an en suite bathroom. That means trying to find a reasonably priced cafe where someone speaks a smattering of English.

Another couple of hundred miles clocked up
Hove via Leytonstone. Tomorrow is Hove via Colchester. At least Leytonstone was SOUTH. I get to go the wrong way first tomoz! Oh, and got to watch the shenanigans at the dartford tunnels today. They were closed briefly after a lorry did something bad (not sure what, but it smelt a little of burning). I was the first person not to get let through so had to sit at the barrier for a while nattering to the lady in the booth. Was quite wierd having a totally M25 to play with when they finally started letting people through. Damn having a tracker, could have had great fun! |

Then I'll be spending the evening probably watching TV with the parents.
