Getting two positive customer referrals from the same 4 hour shift, three weeks after starting a job in Southampton which I previously did in Edinburgh for 2 1/2 years and received zero such praise.
Still got it, never left me!

Getting from work this morning, grabbing a couple of hours sleep and then being woken up by the girls. Almost the first thing out of Georgie's mouth was a spoiler for Dr Who.

People at work having the confidence to send me solo on the simulator when i've only been doing it properly for 2 weeks. I declined but I was stunned they had that amount of confidence in me.
