OMG. I LOVE flapjacks. I can never cook them though.
Even with my good old scotts oats porridge recipe... I will follow it step by step and some how... they come out either too gooey or rock hard. I can never get a soft chewy flapjack. My last batch had to be smashed up and then picky used it in cereal with milk to nom. He liked it!! Hmmm maybe I will give this a try!! |
