Mmmm, they look lovely Sam

I can't remember the name of what we had tonight, but basically it's layers of grilled aubergine, garlicy tomatoey sauce, grated parmesan & basil and it's all topped off with bechamely type sauce & cheese. Made a cheesey garlic focaccia bread to go with it. Bloody lovely, but full to the brim!

Currently munching the 2nd one in on the closest row and it is all moist and falling apart They may have gone mushroom shaped but they taste yum
