I had a can of the Tesco own branded version of Redbull before seeing dirty dancing because i missed the end of Wicked so I didn't want to miss the end of Dirty Dancing so drank the drink in the interval.

However I wish I hadn't as the second half was just as dull as the first half.

Are we talking the caffeine based ones, I have only had Red Bull, they should not be allowed to use the word energy because Red Bull does not give you any more energy.

Of course they do, they're full of sugar.

I know what he means I think, you've got energy drinks, and then you've got stimulants.

Things like Lucozade will hydrate you and give you energy, and things like espresso and redbull (despite having sugar) are more of a stimulant and are loaded with caffeine, which makes you pee a lot, denting your net fluid intake. Redbull wouldn't be the sort of drink you'd take for a run, for example.

What do you mean by 'energy' though?
