Yes. Have the website Desmo linked in the OP to hand and it may take a few attempts.

Obviously it's far, far easier with the text though. That's clear.

I won't deny that, but it's still not a reason to deny their own contract terms.

no, we know this, however I haven't really got time to make one call, let alone 5, so waiting for the text until the last day they've said texts will come out (i.e. Friday) doesn't seem like much of a hardship when compared to going through hoops. If it doesn't come by Friday then I'll have to do it anyway, however waiting might just save me some time and hassle.

That's what I did Kitten. Didn't have time to sit around at work making umpteen phone calls so decided it was easier to just wait for the text and get it done easier and quicker.
My PAC arrived today. Phoned O2 and my transfer should happen on Thursday so all sorted

I had no problems at all during my time with Orange. 6 years, and the only reasons I could fault them were they were more expensive than their rivals and their selection of handsets was small (although they say this is because their quality control system is more in depth than their rivals so fewer handsets pass). I've been all T mobile for about 3 years now and no complaints whatsoever. |

My only problem with Orange has been their signal. It's the only reason I want to leave and the only reason I'll probably never go back.

^^ this. After 18 months of 'no service' in my house, I've escaped. Hopefully Leo can do the same!
