Holding fat on my hips, glutes and thighs. Upper body and calves are well ahead of schedule though!

Huddy, I'm being prepped by James Collier who owns/runs muscletalk and is heavily involved in the UK bodybuiling scene.. my training is done my Micky McKay who holds a Mr Britain title... I'm all sorted as far as that is concerned
