Dude. I wasn't particularly good at woodwork at school but that doesn't look all that 'finished' to me

When you find yourself wondering if people have any grasp of even recent history.

Seeing people protest about how computer games, sexual immorality, violent films, liberalism etc. are the causes of the riots in London and across the country.

What the ****?

It's simple, it's happened so many times in London and across the country it really isn't that much of a surprise. Annoying, frustrating, upsetting, but not that much of a surprise. Reaching for bull**** like that instead of going to the simple, obvious and far more directly attributable. You've got higher than normal unemployment, the after effects of a bad recession, underlying grumbles about immigrants being cheap labour and taking jobs. Even a basic grasp of history shows riots in London and the country as a result of most of those, and then the final spark comes, something usually related to the actions of the establishment and *bam* riots. This time around it was accusations of Police Brutality, always a good one to get a good little riot going, as it has done in the past under similar circumstances.

I have to say, I could have been any age, and I'd never have joined in.

100% agree with you. I normally go to my dad's today. But I'm not even going to leave the house! Lockdown soon.
