Nothing was re-opened at half 6 and it was back to normal from Bounds Green to Bank. The Victoria line had started running southbound too.

Looking on the TFL live travel news page I was amused by this line:
“Disruption is expected to continue this morning as it will take some time to restore services.” Which I translated as meaning: “Disruption will continue until we can convince workers to cut short their 3 day holiday.”
