I gave my Mum my DS when I moved to Stafford as she played it much more than me. I got a DS lite around the same time.
We had Brain Training briefly but she got bored to death of it so went back to Polarium, Zoo Keeper and Bust a Move.

I tend not to buy mum material stuff for Mothers Day, as I've found a bunch of flowers tends to hit the spot. To that end I went and arranged it in person with her local florist Saturday morning. In the past I've used Interflora (which sometimes ends up at the same florist) but decided to give the florist carte blanche this time as I know from past experience how good she is.
As for the card, Mum was looking in a shop and handed me a pile of 'em, and said 'I like these'. She doesn't know which ones I chose though (and I chose more than one in case she was looking). Doesn't normally happen that way around though. |

Mothers day is going to be a funny one this year as I usually end up cooking for Sarah(Wife) My Mum, Sarah's Mum and Sarah's Nanna and give them some nice flowers. They usually all enjoy being together and having a good laugh. However as my Mum & Sarah's Mum aren't speaking, it will be something on Saturday night for My Mum and then the same again on Sunday for Sarah's side.
