Done that a couple of times to be, looks like it locks up waiting for something from live (or taking issue with an answer it's getting back!). It does come back if you leave it, takes 2 or 3 mins though.

Want to try a party later, see how that looks

It isn't listed for me either but Daz says it is available on the xbox.com marketplace but that isn't available either.

Maybe it was a limited time thing

I grabbed it on launch weekend. I can see it on the console but the whole online marketplace is still broken for me.

I'm quite happy with my own photo of the belagio as my background pic.
