I looked at these the other day on my iPhone and was impressed, but seeing them on the computer screen is a whole different thing. WOW! Sinead you look great and the carb cycling is obviously working. Can't believe the difference it's made to your bum!

1/2 a pound on this week

Not overly worried, 1/2 a pound is nothing and I have stuck to everything 100% as I have every other week so no reason to think something is up

My weight does seem to drop fortnightly so will see what happens next weekend before having a stop

Just seen the pics from your London outing on FB and you already look leaner and re fined than your show pics last year (to my untrained eye!) well done, not long to go now - look forward to that bottle of wine!
