We got the jigsaw out to play and got rid of the bottom of the cabinet so we could install the oven.

Only to find when trying to push it in the fecking nobhead who installed our gas hob has decided he would route the gas pipe halfway down the damn wall so the oven doesn't go in properly

ARGH !!

Oops, forgot to say we now have the oven installed

Steve, our carpenter mate came round today to box in some pipes in the kitchen and also finish off the stairs nicely by fitting some beading

We're going to paint the boxing in bits the same colour as the walls.

Still got LOADS to do but we've now made a list of everything that needs doing room by room so I think this will speed things up.

(scuse the crap phone pics, our camera is borked :/ )

Very nice

Having spent the day stripping wallpaper in one room, I have new found respect for all of you doing house renovations because just the one room seems neverending

I ******* hate stripping wallpaper !

Had to do both the bedrooms upstairs and because they were painted over and also had numerous layers of wallpaper it took bloody ages !

I've taken photos so I'll do before and after when it's all eventually done
