Be thankful you aren't my boss. His iPhone fell off the sofa hit a plate and cracked the entire top half of the screen. It hit the plate on the side and the phone is now a mess

Can you claim on the insurance Dee?

Would you believe, we were only talking about insurance last night, I have mobile insurance with Lloyds TSB, and apparently with our joint account, its covered with Natwest as well, but we didnt know if it covered the iPhone. Even the O2 saleman warned me some insurances dont cover it

I just updated both our phone info on the Natwest one as well. Worst case just leave it a week and tell them it happened then

Caution - insurers don't like duplicative cover as it's a potential area for fraudulent claims. They might try to set off some or all of the claim against each other.

PS - I'll raise Desmo to 3 weeks, particularly with Lloyds.

I know. They dont/wont know about each other and we wont claim on both. Just happened to have the same idea at the same time
