All have HDMI out. Normally all cables have an optical port on them (Component and VGA for example), but with the Elite you get a dongle which is thin at the end and fits under the HDMI port (why they didn't move the port I don't know) so that you can use HDMI and Optical at the same time.

You will get a Component cable as long as you get a Pro, so it's possible to 'gimp' it by cracking the protective plastic around the input to make it fit. It's not hard and is really simple - I know a lot of people have gone this route.

Don't hesitate! Worth every penny! Get fallout 3 on it rather than PC.

I never thought I would move from my PC to a console, it was Oblivion that sold me on it, I would have had to pay the cost of a 360 to upgrade my old PC to a state where it would have played it well, now all the games I get play perfectly on my machine and I never worry about having to get a new graphics card to experience games to their full

Now I have one I wouldn't go back

I think I will but I need to develop a cunning plan to get it past Mrs L. Other than saying that its a pretty big external Hard Drive, I am going to have to come up with something real good to get it past the front door. Her gadget alarm will be doing overtime
