Did you get a decent deal on the hotel or did you ending paying a load like we did ?

put on your FB but in case you are flying with Virgin the buggers have just halved baggage allowances

we have booked ourselves onto this tour, heard great things about it

Yes, they have cut allowances. Heard about that a week or so ago. You can still take a second bag, but you'll have to pay for it.
