55 mins SS fasted cardio x6
20 mins ss fasted cardio PWO Mondays :- Hams/Tris/Abs Tuesdays:- Back/Bis/Calves Wednesdays:- Chest/Delts/Abs Thursdays:- Quads/Calves/Abs Most stuff is pyramid - 12/10/8/6 and then on some of the smaller muscle groups I do 4 sets of 10/12, some supersets in there as well My routine gets changed every 8 weeks to keep me on my toes Quote:
