Just updated my details with the same card and the payment has bounced....typical.

I have a credit card but want to avoid using it if possible :/

This might be the end for Netflix....

I pay with a visa debit card. Payment went out a few days ago without any problems.

Shall have to phone them I think as everytime I go to the 'update account details' it keeps resetting the expiry date of the card to something other than what I entered....

Yup!

Just ben on the phone to Netflix (awesome, super helpful!) to be told they have a problem with RBS cards - just perfect!

Phoned RBS and they say they are aware of an issue but there is nothing wrong at their end

Bloody llamatrons!

Yes, I had the same problem when I changed the DNS settings on my Apple TV 2. So I changed them on the router, it doesn't matter if everything uses those different DNS settings.

However, netflix still only gave me UK content.

Forced DNS settings in a device override what the router will dish out, can you set the ATV to get the addresses from the router?

It played up yesterday for about 30mins so might just be netflixs. Also sometimes it flakes out. Do the double tap home button and close the app.

I don't know how to change it on my router, I can't see an option to put in a fixed DNS, or I am being dense!

That said, both iPad and iPhone just can't connect.
