Always a handy skill to know

I had loads of lessons, again because I couldn't drive anyway else. I liked my instructor though so that was ok, any man who blames Final Fantasy 7 for the collapse of his first marriage is ok with me

Personally I feel that I didn't really start driving 'properly' (being really aware and making the decisions) until after I'd passed my test and was driving by myself. That's where I feel I really started learning. Before that it seemed to be more about how to operate the car and avoid being killed by obvious things!

Well you've made me feel better, Martin makes fun of me for having 32 hours learning. Then again its much harder when you only get practice in your lessons.

oh well, failed !

3 majors

1 - wrong gear when i was trying to straigten the car up.
2 - was going 30 in 40, must've missed the sign
3 - apparently it was my right of way in a junction, there was 2 buses opposite road in a crossing, I was going left. the 2 buses were going right into the same road I was going to. The first bus went and I was supposed to go before the second bus even thou it was already sticking out into the crossing....

Can't argue with the first 2 but the 3rd one was very iffy i thought.

Sorry to hear that Ray... Sounds like there's no much wrong with your driving, so I reckon you'll be able to nail it next time.

Get back on the horse (I mean in the car) and try again.

You failed on 30 in a 40? Isn't it a speed limit not a target?

(All the best peeps pass FIRST time)

I didn't see the 40mph sign, it was a residential area with lamp posts either side so i thought it was 30mph. If i had been going 35 it would've been fine.
