That main does sound very nice. That starter tho... isn't that on the list at the HA HA place in Brum for Xmas?!

Might do starter and main. I'm not really a fan of rhubarb though. From what he said on Jonathan Woss last night, there are going to be a few of these, including a budget one. It's all to go with his new recipe book on entertaining people. Will be interesting to watch and might pick up a few tips along the way

I'll give this one a miss. Salmon is one of the few fishes that I don't like and I'm not madly keen on rhubarb.

See the last one he did... the filming was awful. Proper awful like. As in... we had to turn it off half way through.

God knows who was directing the cameras but my God they must have been on HUGE caffeine rush. "CAMERA1-CAMERA2-BACKTOCAMARA1-ZOoOOoOM-CAMERA3 then 4 and then 1- ZOOM OUT!-CAMERA 5-CAMERA2 Twist IT Twist it!-CAMERA 4 RUN PAST!!"

Honestly. Was mental. Has completely put me off of watching the program.

I didn't watch the first one and the only thing from this that I would be interested in is the main, but as Kate said it might be worth watching to see if there are tips or stuff to learn (and to see if Pheebs camera director is still there )

I warn you now then to not drink alcomahol prior to watching as you will fall over with dizziness (and this is coming from a lady who went on a rollercoaster riddled with a dozen loop the loops and corkscrews 3 times in a row after half a pizza and a huge coke drink in America and didn't feel in the slightest squeewy).

Silly director.

There was a show on Sir Alex Ferguson picking some talented footballers for a special prize, it used the same style and I too just turned it off. I don't know how anyone can think that that style works.
