Not a thing up here, never is though, I wonder when the last quake was up here? A very very long time ago I imagine!

I've heard from a friend down south it was felt around the Gatwick area.

More impressively is what it's done to Hull:

Apparently the earthquake was so strong it moved hull 30 miles or so west!

I suspect even the residents wouldn't object if Hull disappeared into a sinkhole (so long as they didn't go with it, of course).

The quake didnt wake me, but the TEXT MESSAGE from my brother telling me about it did :/

Oh my dear God. There have been people on the radio in London whinging and whining about how scared they were and how they are now so scared something bad might happen. They feel psychologically shattered. :/ Seriously people, grow a ****ing backbone will ya?! It's a relatively small shake in terms of earthquakes, though quite big for UK standards - but being traumatised by it?! I mean really?!! Come on....
