Last night I was talking to some Level 2 girls at Pole Class... and they were asking me to show them stuff that they would be learning in Level 3... so for some reason I chose the Cross Knee Release (something that I didn't actually master since my Level 3 course).

I managed to do it lol... not sure if it was because of pressure but still.. its only taken 4 month... hahah... second time this has happened with a move.

I 'should' be able to do this no sweat now that I am Level 5

oh well!
