And today is the last day of the hardcore diet, did my last morning walkies this morning, just 1 gym session to go this evening, followed by walkies then 1 gym session tomorrow early and then ... CARB TIME !!

Feeling on top of the world right now, have made big changes since the Welsh and looking A LOT better than the competition last year \o/
