I will have lots of nom noms, don't worry !

So that's me done with the exercise now ! Did a quick depletion circuit at the gym first thing this morning before tucking into 40g of oats ! That's twice my normal amount... Oh My God... heaven !!

Nothing else left to do now apart from kick back and relax over the next few days, ready for the big day
