Looks like the 2 days of eating crap has done me no harm at all ! *phew*

Now for a nice gently coast into the NPA show !

Are you sticking with the same t-walk?
One thing I did notice was that you spent less time on stage during yours than the others did; is it worth walking a touch slower? Or putting in some more poses? Or telling me to shut up because I know bugger all?

I'll be doing a free posing routine instead of a t walk as it's a different fed - the same as the men and the physique ladies did at the show

So will be on stage for 90 seconds this time WOOT !

My t walk was probably quicker because I did it properly and by the book

Oh yeah... I uploaded my vid of your T Walk the other day and watched it back...

LOVE the choreography and thought it was really well timed!

Just under 2 weeks to go now, and I have PROPER abs !

Back on the fish/green veg diet for the last 2 weeks, just had my last cheat meal

I'm determined to get into the top 3 this time .. RAAAAAAAAH !!
