Tired and hungry but confident ! .. Tightened up a lot since the last comp and have lost more fat off glutes/hips/thighs so looking much more balanced

I really couldn't have done any more so hoping it's enough for a top 3 placing.. we shall see

I'm picking up the frenchie from LHR in the morning and heading on over.

I will warn you though... the amount of sun he's had he might be mistaken for a competitor - I am not joking!
