Well piggy looks amazing! A bit more cutting and she'll do really well. Looking brilliant. Really a different person! Saw some of her routine too! Still training hard. Her diet is damned brilliant! Though not tonight cheat night!! With carbs!!! Lol!

wish we had taken pics! We were all looking pumped and damned good!

We had a really good session down the gym followed by a yummy curry

18 weeks out and things are starting to come along.

Discovered a mug of black coffee sends me mental in the mornings so started to have a cup before my morning cardio.

Did some posing practise tonight, still LOTS of work to be done, these bikinis are NOT flattering when you're not in competition shape and it doesn't help that I have a unigate tan but the shape is getting there

The basic shape is there and looking very good, the base is there. Those 18 weeks will achieve lots, sure you have some work to do, but your back is looking great! Love that side profile too.

You're going to do really well - the final push is always the hardest!

Really good day today.

The BNBF run monthly meetings so went to the London one today - Had an excellent posing session and got my BF% measured.. I've lost 3% in 2 months YAY !

The lady who runs it is a BNBF pro and said I was doing really well.

Gotta keep my head down and keep going. RAAAAAH !
