This task was so easy. I cannot believe that someone intelligent enough to be on the list of contenders cannot download a photo :/

Simple writing down of steps surely FFS?!

I have planned this task uber amounts of times in my brain for work purposes.

I don't know how they cocked up the filenames. It says on the screen. Its how I know who's who when I do street portraits. Very simple stuff. The other team were funny too. "I can't use my phone... Ok you're doing processing..." *cue xp error sounds*

I think Herr Sugar made the right decision in the end. I like Simon - he vorks hard and vould be a good motiwator - but he's not a decision maker in my opinion and made some silly management mistakes durink ze day.

Agreed. Nice bloke, gets the task done but not great at management.
