It's v. bad out there. Seen loads of pics today!

Got into work at 10.15-ish. Sunshine. Went out at 11.00 to grab a sarnie. Absolutely pelting it down with hail (and snow mixed in). Looked outside at 11.15. Sunshine. Odd!

that's what happened to us a few weeks back - absolutely glorious sunshine > blizzard > glorious sunshine > light snow showers....totalyl weird.

Bah, more snow, lots of it!

There was a blizzard over by the office this morning followed by some rain which cleared it. I heard reports that it was quite bad where I live so I left the office early. The first 70% or so of the journey was fine - no snow at all.

The remaining 30%? Horrid, absolutely horrid. It took me about 90 minutes to do the last 6 miles. I lost count of the cars I saw going sideways or otherwise out of control. I had a near miss, very close near miss when a car going in the opposite direction slowed and the car behind braked too hard, locked up and drifted sideways towards me. Had it not been for the turning to my left I would have had an Astra buried in the offside of my car.

Bah.

Bah, more snow
I either want 45", or nothing. Preferably nothing. I can't (won't) run on an inch of ice.

It wasn't much of a mini snow storm when I went through Billing - it was a white out!

Snow down here too. I don't want no freakin' snow. It wasn't settling on the roads, but it was settling everywhere else, so only a matter of time. Been crazy weather all day today though the snow part only happened recently.
