Watched "The Fall" last night. -> http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0460791/
Not sure who recommended it to me last night but quite a visually epic film, worth getting in blu-ray goodness if possible. It's a very weird story, and very much arty. The guy who made it budgeted it himself. Worth a watch.

It has such a stunning cast too, even outside of the obvious DeNiro and Pacino headline, such as Val Kilmer, Ashley Judd, Jon Voight, Dennis Haysbert, Tom Sizemore and Natalie Portman. It's just 3 hours and maintains a constant fast pace. I love it

Mamma Mia
8.5/10 Charming film, great fun especially to sing along too. Wish I'd seen this at the cinema with loads of Abba fans, would be great. -1 point for the start, both Lana and I thought the start felt a little off, first song and all didn't start things well. -0.5 for Pierce's voice. Love his acting and all, good voice too, but not suited to the songs he sang.

The Godfather *on Bluray*
Do I need to write anymore? Transfer and restoration is magnificent and I prefer the original to Part II.

Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End
Starring
7/10 Nowhere near as bad as number two but not actually as good as the first either. I'm happy that I can tick it off as a film watched but I can't see myself going out of my way to ever watch it again despite some funny lines.

Hitman
Thought it was going to be rubbish but it had a half-decent plot, and Timothy the Elephant was actually good as the eponymous character despite my reservations. There were also norks. 7/10 Magnum Force Great movie - Eastwood at his sneering best. Slightly lacklustre ending but an engaging plot. 8/10
