This seemed appropriate, given the timing

This weeks photo is flowers for my Great Aunty Jess, my Nan's best friend of 85 years and Sister in Law, whom I was very close to when I was growing up. She died in 2001, on the 20 February, just a month before her 95th birthday.

Every year around the anniversary of her passing, I buy the biggest, pinkest bunch of flowers that she'd have absolutely loved, and I keep them in my house in memory of her. Every time I look at them I think of her. RIP AJ, still loved, still missed (along with your fantastic scones
