Oh... okie... I don't really know much about this kinda stuff
I am PETRIFIED about building leg muscles though. The instance I exercise my calfs go *BOOOM* and become HUUUGE! So wanna make sure that doesn't happen! I seem to build muscle really quickly... :/ mebbe I have bouts of testosterone floating about in my body! (would explain my handlebar mustache I have to shave off every morning ) |

Heheheh I think I misheard someone today but mid squat I heard two blokes speaking to each other behind me and one said to the other:
"Check out my bulge now!" I fell about laughing! In retrospect he MUST have said "bulges" but I heard "bulge" - still funny either way! I had to stop the squats and go elsewhere I was giggling sooo much (I think I even threw in a couple of snorts I laughed that much!) Gym wasn't too scary. I found running easier than last time... I dunno why... I could have gone on for longer. After 8 mins on the cross trainer I was zonked though I carried on but at a lower level... felt pathetic BUT! On a positive note, I haven't been exercising at all lately so it's good I'm doing something! Oh yeh, another bad thing, my towel half fell down when I was getting stuff out of my locker. The changing room was full and I must have mooned and boobified all of them Went bright red and ran off into the changing cubicle BOOOOOOOO! *will take a bigger towel next time* |
