It's the one half decent website that's not blocked at work!

Planet Rock mostly.
Proximity of PC to my dad excludes the chance of listening to much when using the PC

Bit of a resurrection for this thread as I picked up some quality tunes based on people's recommendations.
I'm just listening to Feeder - Silent Cry album. I think this one is a grower as it is Feeder going back to their roots rather than a more Rock-pop sound of late. The only problem is that while the album is certainly worth listening to.... it doesn't have a track that really grips you. As I've said I think the album is a grower as I have been a fan of Feeder for a long time. |

Faithless - The Dance
Wasn't amazingly struck on this the first few times through, but all of a sudden I love it. There's now just one track on the album I'm not keen on, but can't get enough of the rest, have it on repeat on the hour or so to and from work Saw them live in Brixton on Friday - amazing! I somehow completely missed Feeder - Silent Cry... loved Feeder when I was younger, From Echo Park to Comfort in Sound and Pushing the Senses. Saw them live a couple of times too. I hear they have some new material soon?

I have developed a rather unhealthy addiction to the new Slash Album. I've been Gotten like I've never been Gotten before.
I also found my The Best Rave Anthems in the world Ever CD this morning and had N-Trance - Set You Free on repeat all morning |

Yeah I only recently found Silent Cry when looking around online at Feeder stuff. I think the reason for not much publicity is there isn't a gripping stand out track. There is the "Renegades" at the moment done as a Feeder spin off which is meant to be good. I'll be checking them out.
The new song is Feeder - fallen. It is a b-side though. I think there is a new album in the works hence them starting to be mentioned again. I've heard the new Faithless track actually, may look into the album. |
